Why build this?
Joining the Armed Forces involves an unusual mixture of public standards, role-specific rules, training advice and personal uncertainty. Much of the information people encounter online mixes old and new procedures, different roles, and personal anecdotes.
The aim is to help prospective candidates begin with sources that matter, identify what applies to their own pathway and build their preparation with more clarity.
Founder perspective
Deepak Shukla has documented his own experience preparing for an application to 21 SAS Reserve, alongside a long-standing personal background in endurance events. He passed Alpha and Bravo Army Reserve training stages. His endurance background offers a firsthand perspective, but neither it nor these training stages constitutes a claim of SAS operator service, completed specialist selection or military instructor qualification.
