Important: The entries below are an incomplete public-source reference set. A single benchmark is never a complete fitness pass; other strength, endurance, swimming, medical or technical components may apply.
How to use this comparison: A separate role or assessment stage is not an alternative way to pass your own assessment. Check different official sources and current recruiter instructions. Missing values do not establish that a component is not required.

Why we don't claim a complete fitness pass

A role's public fitness entry is only one part of recruitment. Tests differ between officers, soldiers, general Navy applicants, specialist Navy divers and Royal Marines candidates. Entries may refer to different stages. Published criteria can change, and some steps cannot be evaluated from a number.

We show the standards we can source and keep missing information visible rather than filling gaps with estimates. We do not ask for medical history, issue a training prescription or estimate someone's chance of acceptance.
